We are looking for a Style Advisor/Sales Associate to take our In-Store experience to the next level. You will help our customers find the perfect outfit for any occasion and find the perfect fit. You will be an expert all that is menswear and trusted resource. You have a strong passion, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, high levels of patience and selling skills are paramount to this position.

Responsibilities
- Serve In-store customers with advise, purchase decisions, fittings and alteration markings.
- Greet, educate and aid customers in product selection and garment fit.
- Engage customers and create a friendly, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
- Know our product offerings and technology inside and out in order to offer style advice and help customers find what products are suitable to fill their particular needs.
- Provide thoughtful, strategic insight regarding customer needs to our product, marketing, and technology teams based on direct interactions with customers.
- Guide customers through our custom made-to-measure process as well as take measurements and orders.
- Process Orders and Run payment transactions in store.
- Work with management to achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Aid in store merchandising and maintenance.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with a passion and eye for fashion, specifically in menswear. You have superior communication skills and past experience directly interacting with customers. You have a strong will to work hard and learn all about menswear. You are friendly, open and work well in a team environment. You have a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and build connections with others.. If you do not have service experience, be prepared to share with us why your background will provide relevant experience to succeed with us.
Minimum Requirements
- College Diploma or Equivalent.
- Min. 2 years customer service experience (preferable previous experience in Menswear)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet, Social Media
- High attention to detail.
- Good Phone Manners
- Pleasant Attitude
- Self Starter
