What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations to identify client needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery.
- Offer product samples, accurate measurements, and detailed quotes.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on design trends, innovations, and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets with consultative selling techniques.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of sales experience (design or home improvement an asset).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with measurements and specifications.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a good driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in interior design (diploma or experience).
- Knowledge of window coverings (a bonus, but not required!).
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $80,000–$120,000/year.
