THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for creating seamless omni experiences for our customers. In this role, you will gain exposure to the development of new technology and work cross-functionally with our partners in Retail and eCommerce to bring omni experiences to life. The cross-functional nature of the role and focus on continuous improvement ensures you’ll have the opportunity to develop your business acumen and grow your business mindset. THE ROLE
As an Intern in Omni, you will support with:
- Support on large, cross-functional projects with process documentation and design support
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis to support key project business decisions
- Gathering market and competitor research on omni experiences and technology such as, RFID and payment capabilities
- Support on existing programs including Buy Online, Pickup in Store, and Buy Online, Ship From Store
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Intern, Omni has/is:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date of April 2025 to April 2026
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Technology, or Operations Management
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
- Passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry
- Skills and experience with Quantitative Analysis, Microsoft Excel, and Business Case Development are an asset
- Work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valued

- Successful candidates must be able to work at the primary work location and self-relocate if necessary
