Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Coordinator & Client Success Assistant to join our team, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, recruitment, or career services, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. While career coaching experience is not required, candidates must have at least five years of experience in HR, recruitment, resume writing, cover letter writing, interview preparation, and related areas. We welcome applicants from various professional backgrounds, including career counselors from universities, and HR coordinators who are looking to expand their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly Zoom calls with clients to provide career support, interview preparation, and job search assistance.
- Collaborate with me on weekly strategy calls to discuss client progress and action plans.
- Provide personalized messaging and follow-up support to clients, ensuring they stay engaged and on track.
- Coordinate client schedules, follow-ups, and documentation, maintaining clear and organized communication.
- Assist clients with interview techniques, resume optimization, and career strategy advice.
- Stay up-to-date with job market trends, AI tools, and industry best practices to provide valuable insights.
- Offer empathetic and professional support, helping clients navigate challenges and build confidence.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
- Work closely with me to ensure all client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or related fields.
- Expertise in resume writing, cover letter writing, and interview preparation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using AI tools, Zoom, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
- Flexible availability, with the ability to work up to 5 hours per day (20 hours per week), with potential for full-time.
