We also make beers out of old bread from bakeries and gin out of potato scraps from a potato chip factory. Please note this position is full time, 40-hours a week, Monday to Friday.
MISSION
Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor at LOOP Mission, the delivery-sales representative will be responsible for the development, delivery, and follow-up of sales with merchants (cafés, bakeries, sports centers, spas, schools, etc.).
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual with strong knowledge of the sector to join our team. Please note that this position is 100% on the road, so we are looking for someone with experience in on-the-road representation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – SALES
- Identify and target potential new clients within the assigned territory.
- Open new accounts in line with pre-established objectives.
- Present products and special offers to prospects.
- Conduct product demonstrations, offer samples, and organize tastings when necessary.
- Provide daily reports on completed visits, including key information about potential, existing, and new clients.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales or expand the product range with current clients.
- Ensure products are properly positioned and that pricing aligns with our recommendations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – DELIVERY
- Deliver products to direct customers according to pre-established routes.
- Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery (quantity, product type, expiration date).
- Manage the loading and unloading of products while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
- Gather customer feedback during deliveries and relay the information as needed.
CONDITIONS
Have a car and a valid driver’s license ($ allowance)

REQUIREMENTS & PROFILE
Business administration university degree or equivalent (an asset)
University degree in Business Administration or any other relevant education (an asset)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of the agri-food or consumer goods sector, and familiarity with the British Columbia territory
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
- Action-oriented with a focus on results and customer service
- Agility and ability to thrive in a fast-growing, constantly evolving company
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator
