Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and visitors to the medical center.
- Registering patients and coordinating their appointments.
- Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and organizing the physicians' schedules.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and database management.
- Maintaining order in the workplace and the waiting area.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer skills (email, databases, office software).
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
