Overview
Studeo is many peoples home away from home and they depend on our team to provide a fun and engaging environment. We're looking for a high-energy, friendly, dependable, organized and results-driven individual with service experience! This person is physically fit and possess sound customer service skills. Good problem solving, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are also essential. First aid qualifications are beneficial.

Job Responsibilities
The Host is the front of house representative that oversees all things front of house related. They:
- Enforce policies, business practices, systems and processes.
- Ensures that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), Guest Registration, cash handling, , customer care calls, and membership change requests.
- Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Provide effective decision making regarding customer service issues.
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound
