Job description

*Candidate will work in the office Full time Monday - Friday. We do not offer at home remote working. No Exceptions.

Responsibilities

· Perform day-to-day management of eCommerce website operations to achieve design and web traffic, revenue and other KPI’s

· Oversee and create online promo pages and ensure functionality and ease of use

· Create graphics for Promo pages, emails, social media etc.

· Support customer service team with technology and data integrations, including overseeing the reviews on site via YOTPO or equivalent

· Implement marketing automation and personalization programs

· Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Shopify Plus platform

· Maintain the existing Shopify Plus theme and modify the theme to accommodate new functionality

· Configure new and maintain existing templates using HTML, CSS & JavaScript/jQuery

· Improve current SEO and make changes based on the recommendation of our SEO team

· Install and configure Shopify Apps to meet business requirements

· Make updates to products/collections (Make Bulk updates in needed)

· Ongoing review of website for Aesthetic updates

· Assist the marketing department with online promotions

· Attend weekly/bi-weekly meetings to provide updates on ongoing projects

· Provide support to the Customer Service Team as needed

· Provide support to Marketing Team on any additional duties as needed

Qualifications

· Shopify Plus experience is required· Experience with Shopify apps/3rd party integrations like Recharge, Klaviyo, Bundler etc.

· Experience with Shopify's object/properties, Meta fields and Shopify Functions

· Have experience working with designers and development teams to execute tasks

· Expertise in using business analytics to drive decisions and identify opportunities for improvement, and to validate the success of key program changes/enhancements including A/B testing, surveys, etc.

· Have experience with Recharge, Rebuy and other incremental purchase tools that support orders, shopping cart bumps and post purchase offers that help increase the LCV

· Have experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Search Console & SEO management

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Strong analytical skills

· Must be detail oriented

· Experience with Shopify Plus with custom theme development and Shopify’s Liquid templating language

· Strong knowledge of front-end development; JavaScript, CSS, and html

· Familiar with the creation and management of collections, products, and variations· Knowledge of Equestrian Goods is an asset but not required
