Make an impact with our Digital Solutions team as RPA Developer
. As a RPA Developer, you will have previous experience with RPA technology that can be used for the development of solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform components. Previous experience with Power Automate Desktop and the Power Platform will be an asset for anyone filling this role. This position is an in office opportunity based in one of our offices in British Columbia, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing, Design, Developing and Documenting Solutions using Power Platform and apply these tools to create solutions, including an in-depth understanding of customization, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries and constraints
- Assisting in collecting and identifying functional requirements
- Implement, configure, and develop software bots, to work alongside humans to enhance business process efficiency.
- Interact with clients from various domains to understand their business challenges and find ways to streamline their processes though automating day to day tasks using RPA and Power Automate.
- Create effective automation solutions with proper error handling and flexibility to build upon it in future state.
- Maintain and support RPA bots after development for stability and future growth.
- Deliver project results through high-quality service and deliverables
- Understand, diagnose, and recommend solutions for specific functional and technical challenges
- Take a proactive approach to professional development and take advantage of the many opportunities to grow your ability through Microsoft Certifications and MNPU
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Raise awareness of MNP at community events
Skills And Experience
- Completion of a College’s Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree and/or a master’s degree, or equivalent
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform - Flow, Power Automate Desktop, and Power Apps.
- Experience with building automation using Power Automate.
- Experience in .Net, OCR, AI using power automate would be beneficial.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the data, sources of data, and relationships of data. Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues as needed.
- Experience in implementing best practice for automation solution/power platform components.
- Ability to assess and measure requirements and provide accurate, relevant, and cost-effective estimates for new initiatives.

- Solution building skills across the Power Platform stack of tools
- Passion for the IT and Software world
- Motivation, willingness to innovate, good communication skills and a taste for teamwork
- Working proficiency in French is prefered
- Fluency to communicate both in writing and verbally in Spanish is essential
- Willingness to travel to client project sites as needed and when possible
The pay scale for this opportunity is between $70,000 to $85,000.
