岗位名称:宣传专员
岗位职责:
- 配合活动营销方案的推广落地,有较强数据化思维,目标感明确;清晰洞察行业趋势,对动向追踪并并反馈。
- 社群运营与管理,深度接触用户、了解用户需求和产品使用意愿,根据用户资源来优化内容和活动,为公司培养更多有高粘性用户。
- 通过策略对用户进行分层管理,制定活动方案,并为效果负责;以拉新、留存、促活为目标,分析活动和策略效果,提出改进计划和方案并推动落地
- 发掘优质高效的宣传渠道,并且达成紧密合作,通过该渠道有效宣传和拉新。
- 优化平台页面配置,保证页面的统一性,提升平台点击转换效率
- 策划并执行线下宣传方案,通过与线下渠道的合作、地推、联合活动的方式,为平台增加曝光度和用户量。
岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历,市场营销,传媒或新闻专业背景优先考虑
- 2年及以上市场营销/新媒体相关工作经验优先考虑
- 沟通能力好,逻辑强,有较好的洽谈和文字能力
- 学习能力与自驱能力强,具备良好的抗压能力

Job Title: Marketing Specialist #CARP
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all promotion plan’s execution, have a data-driven mindset, clear insight into industry trends, consistently track and feedback on marketing trends.
- Community operation and management, in-depth contact with users, understanding of user needs and product use intentions, optimizing content and activities based on user resources, and cultivating more highly sticky users for the company.
- Implement hierarchical management of users through strategies, formulate activity plans, and be responsible for the effects; with the goal of new, retention, and promotion, analyze the effects of activities and strategies, propose improvement plans and programs, and promote implementation;
- Seeking for high effective promotion channels and establish close cooperation relationships and utilize all channels to approach and convert new users.
- Improve user experience on different platforms to increase user conversion rate.
- l Plan and launch off-line promotions, increase exposure rate for the platform and number of users by off-line promotion events and activities.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above. Marketing/Sales/Public Relations background is preferred
- 2 years experience in Sales/Marketing/Public Relations is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and negotiation skills
- Fast learner, self-driven individual with the ability to deal with pressure
- Be innovative and creative. Team player and willing to take challenges.
