As a Sales Associate at Townline, you'll be an integral part of our sales team, helping potential buyers find their dream homes while promoting our brand and developments. You will be involved in all stages of the sales process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for each client.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in driving sales: Actively engage with prospective buyers, offering property information, and closing sales by addressing inquiries and guiding them through the process.
- Support the sales team: Collaborate closely with team members to ensure sales goals are met while exceeding the expectations of prospects.
- Lead presentations: Conduct captivating show suite tours, deliver engaging presentations, and facilitate virtual tours to showcase our offering.
- Build and manage relationships: Develop strong rapport with prospects, responding to inquiries and offering tailor solutions based on their needs and preferences.
- Promote our brand: Represent Townline’s core values and developments by maintaining a strong presence and promoting through social media channels and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate across teams: Support the coordination of marketing initiatives, events, and prospect communications to ensure successful project launches and continuous client engagement.
What You Bring:
- Strong sales and communication skills: You're a natural at engaging with prospects, presenting product information, and closing deals effectively.
- Customer-focused: You’re passionate about providing exceptional service and ensuring prospects have a positive experience.
- Organized and detail-oriented: You’re able to multitask, manage appointments, and keep track of prospect information seamlessly.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude: You take initiative, are eager to learn, and bring energy to the team.
- A passion for real estate: You're excited to work in the real estate industry and help others find their perfect home.
Bonus Points:
- Previous real estate or sales experience
- Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- A valid REBGV Real Estate license
- Experience with Lasso and Avesdo databases
