Parkview BMW is looking for a Parts Runner. In this key role, you will assist with receiving of stock and the delivery of parts to technicians.

Responsibilities
- Assist on receiving goods, check and count items unloaded from supplier and report discrepancies to management
- Put away received stock on appropriate shelves
- When necessary assist in the drop off or pick-up parts from suppliers/customers
- Pick parts using pick tickets and deliver to technician’s work bench
- Return all Parts from the workshop not needed or required by technicians
- Return all Warranty parts and cores from technicians
- Retrieve and deliver tire packages from basement storage to technicians
- Assist in labelling customer tire packages in storage area in basement
- Assist with perpetual inventory counts and bin maintenance
- Keep parts warehouse and office area clean, and free of debris
- Assist with preparing inventory for Lifestyle section
Requirements
- Minimum 1- year of Automotive dealership experience, preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Organizational skills
- Team player, with ability to work by yourself
- Self-motivated
- Reliable and dependable
- Requires constant lifting
