As Inventory & General Labourer of Kandl Artistique you will work closely with the team to achieve defined objectives in accordance with established goals. Superb interpersonal and customer skills are vital for this role, as teamwork is essential for our business success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the incoming stock from all suppliers, for retail, cafe and lab
- Accurately stock weekly/monthly inventory needed for retail, cafe and lab stock
- Assist with PO orders from warehouse for all supplies
- Analyze and arrange product and space allocations based on supplies that are used most
- Manage inventory levels and develop/use systems to check availability and relate info to team on a bi-weekly/monthly basis and set up/ allocate tasks for bi-montlly/ monthly inventory counts
- Oversee the general labourours assisting with inventory/stock and provide relevant direction and feedback, and guide sales employees in stock-related tasks
- Prepare inventory for online orders and shipping for wholesale clients
- Order supplies - cafe items (wine/bubbly etc.), store supplies (cleaning supplies, paper products) shipping supplies (boxes, tape, envelopes, wrapping supplies) etc.
- Daily maintenance and cleaning of the receiving, shipping and storage areas and supplies needed
- Review stockroom storage and make suggestions to benefit areas, and order any supplies required (shelving, storage bins, labelling etc.)
- Report and suggest any issues with stock loss or damage to the Business manager/ Store manager
- Periodically adjust the tagged price of selected items throughout the store
- Partake in educational sessions on product and vendor training
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned
- Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies

Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, inventory or customer service
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pound boxes
- Entrepreneurial-minded and an interest for luxury retail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
