Duties

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide support.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Implement upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized sales floor and ensure product displays are appealing.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and objectives.
- Provide technical sales support for complex products as needed.
- Communicate effectively with multilingual customers to enhance service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Ability to demonstrate products confidently and effectively engage customers.
- Experience in technical sales or product knowledge is a plus.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
