We are a manufacturer of Industrial and Commercial High Efficiency Condensing Boilers and Hot Water Heaters.
We are seeking a energetic, motivated, enthusiastic and self driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while driving sales and promoting our products. As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, providing them with information on our company and products.
Duties
- Making cold calls, to potential new customers
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Responds to questions and concerns from customers, applies a thorough understanding of product lines and related application methods, and ensures customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and support.
- Prepare quotes and submittal packages
- Engage in selling techniques to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain organized contact and sales reports.
- Assist with technical sales by explaining product specifications and functionalities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Provide support when necessary to accommodate customers.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written english
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Strong organization, influencing and prioritization skills are necessary
- Proven ability to sell products through effective communication.
- Experience with product demos that effectively highlight features.
- Demonstrated sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical sales knowledge to assist customers with products.
- Ability to sell products based on customer needs.
