A unique opportunity exists for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join the team at a multi-practitioner wellness clinic in Vancouver.
Role and Qualifications:
Meeting and exceeding patient's expectations is the major objective. You must be very ambitious and eager to learn and grow. As part of a multi-practitioner clinic you will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to work autonomously to ensure the presentation of our clinic and your front desk area is always immaculate. You are self-motivated and have exceptional multitasking and organizational skills. You are well presented, energetic and enjoy a fast paced, challenging, personable and fun environment. Your excellent communication skills and “can do” attitude will be a great asset to you as well your ability to be pro-active and anticipate the needs of patients and practitioners alike.
You are accurate, detailed, adaptable, and have expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Experience with Jane is an asset, but not necessary. You will be responsible for front desk reception, scheduling, billing, social media, as well as various other tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Position details:
Start date: February 1st, 2025
Part-time: You must be available a minimum of 3 weekdays per week, and vacation coverage as necessary.
Competitive wage offered based on experience. $20 - $24
