Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to women and their families, focusing on their emotional and psychological well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care, with focus on women of all ages, as well as the ability to manage cases effectively.
Duties
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions .
- Assess patients' mental health needs through interviews, observations, and data collection.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with healthcare teams.
- Participate in case management activities to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid licensure as a Psychotherapist or equivalent credential in the state of practice.
- Experience working with women and families in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of special education processes and resources is a plus.
- Strong skills in patient care, case management, and effective communication.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to mental health care.
- Ability to conduct research and apply findings to improve therapeutic practices.

Pay: $54.25-$128.80 per hour
