Are you ready to grow your career in accounting? Join our team as an 8-Month Accounting Contract employee, starting as soon as possible. In this role, you will work closely with our Accounting Team – International Department, focusing on invoicing operations. What You’ll Do
Support the Invoicing Team, International Department in managing the creation, processing, and distribution of invoices:
- Support the Invoicing Team in managing the creation, processing, and distribution of invoices.
- Resolving inquiries, including issuing debits & credits to resolve discrepancies, and answering invoicing-related questions.
- Update and adjust sales orders per approval.
- Complete required customs paperwork.
- Perform basic office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Assist in the month-end closing procedures.
- Participation in ad hoc projects.
Who We’re Looking For
Education and Experience
- Completion of a Diploma or Degree in a related program such as Accounting.
- 1 year of experience in an administrative position or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Additional Details
- Salary range: $40,000-$50,000 per annum.
