Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Cloud Nine College. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as providing administrative support, managing phone calls, communication, executive administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Proficiency in clerical skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with office software and equipment
Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
