Summary
The Construction Leadhand is responsible for working landscape construction installations. Bringing exceptional leadership and time management skills, the Construction Leadhand will assist their team through various construction projects, providing them with the skills and motivation to complete all tasks on time, on budget and safely, while exercising their strong knowledge in construction best practices to ensure that all projects have been completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the landscape construction industry
- Strong knowledge in landscape and construction best practices and able to interpret drawings
- Experience across a broad range of landscape construction site work including natural stone, walkways, precast, site layout, site grading, concrete, masonry, carpentry and planting
- Knowledgeable and experienced with a variety of power tools and equipment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead a small crew
- Ability to operate a skid steer and excavator
- Strong communication skills
- Valid 'G' driver's license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
