Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install various plumbing fixtures and systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Enercare in a professional, courteous and customer service-oriented manner; you are a proud ambassador for our company.
- Communicate with clients to explain system issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Educate and promote the value of Enercare’s products, services and programs
- Contribute to business growth by lead generation
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Assemble and install valves, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
- Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, or other issues in HVAC and water heater systems.
- Coordinate with HVAC specialists to optimize system performance.
- Set up filtration systems, water softeners, and reverse osmosis units,
- Ensure proper plumbing connections to water treatment devices.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure water treatment systems meet performance standards.
- Replace filters and other components as needed.
- Identify and resolve issues such as leaks, low water pressure, or malfunctioning components
- Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes, water treatment standards, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Must have valid driving license with clean driver's abstract.
- Must be a licensed Plumber in the province of Ontario or Active Plumbing Apprentice.
- Must have excellent communication skills to deal with customers, both written and verbal
- Must be able to work shifts.
- Physically able to perform heavy lifting.
- Good mechanical aptitude, able to operate all necessary tools and equipment.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision, results oriented, and achieving high levels of individual and team performance.
- Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer focused service.
- Must be able to install various water treatment equipment
- Must be able to diagnose service water treatment equipment
- Must be able to install equipment alone with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to service various other equipment in the water treatment field
- Must be able to complete plumbing related service work (plumbing work may be required during down days)
