We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician, waxing, Massage Technician and facial tech, Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional beauty services, including body waxing and nail care. As a Beautician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' appearance while delivering outstanding customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and upsell services will contribute to a positive client experience and the overall success of our salon.
Duties
- Provide high-quality beauty services, including body waxing and nail care, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of beauty products and supplies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques and nail care practices.
- Experience in retail sales, with an emphasis on upselling services or products.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean working environment.
- A valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
- A passion for beauty and helping clients look their best.
