Job Description: Production Scheduler 02-2025
TELUS Studios is the in-house creative production agency for TELUS, and we’re looking to add a Scheduler & Production Assistant to our team. We have a one-year, full-time contract position available supporting the entire Studios team (video, design, and photography). To be successful in this position, you must have a friendly, customer-focused attitude, experience working with creative teams, and enjoy working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience:
Post-secondary certificate or diploma or related work experience in a creative or agency environment.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proven customer service skills
- Flexible and easy-going nature
- Strong communication skills
- Organized with good time-management skills
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with Google Workspace and Slack
- Knowledge of video post production
- Knowledge of digital/print design processes
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be an asset
Responsibilities:
- Client support and front door interaction
- Triage project requests
- Schedule project resources
- Manage resource calendars and contact lists
- Production assistance as necessary
- Process, track, and file vendor invoices
- Assistance with project reporting and reconciling
- Maintain project files and documentation
- Manage studio rentals and invoicing
- Studio liaison during filming
- Other duties as required
