We are looking to hire 5 individuals for the task of unloading 25-40 lb boxes from a shipping container, transporting them down a flight of stairs, and organizing the boxes in a basement on pallets.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick orders from shelves using a warehouse management system to ensure accuracy.
- Perform heavy lifting of products as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Experience:
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse distribution is preferred
- Able to do heavy lifting around 60lbs
Work Conditions:
- This position involves both indoor and outdoor work. Candidates should be prepared for outdoor conditions, including temperatures as low as -10°C.
- Candidates must bring winter jackets, hats, gloves, and a lunch.
