Responsibilities
- Prepare and compound medications according to established protocols and guidelines.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss patient care requirements and medication administration.
- Document all compounding activities accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the efficacy and safety of compounded medications.
- Stay updated on best practices in compounding techniques and medication management.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of compounding environments and medical terminology.
- Experience in acute care settings, with an emphasis on patient care.
- Proficient in medication administration practices, ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Familiarity with pediatric medication needs is preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining effective communication.
