Position: Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers warmly and genuinely, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and in-store consultations based on customer needs.
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and maintain daily updates on online advertisements.
Sales Operations:
- Manage daily store operations, including processing payments, fulfilling orders, and assisting customers with purchases.
- Operate the sales system efficiently and contribute to team efforts.
- Monitor store inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and organization of products on display shelves.
Showroom Maintenance:
- Keep the showroom and office space clean and organized to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Stage the store to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Customer Support:
- Deliver exceptional pre-sales and after-sales service, both in person and via telephone.
- Assist customers with product pick-ups and provide hands-on support when needed.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Report directly to the Store Manager and coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Actively participate in team discussions to improve store performance.
Job Requirements
Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with inventory and sales systems (training provided).
Physical Requirements: Ability to assist with tasks such as stacking, receiving, and helping customers with goods.
Personal Attributes:
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to teamwork and execution.
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Must demonstrate the ability to drive sales through customer interactions.
Other Requirements:
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $18-$20/hour + commission.
Schedule:
- 40 hours/week (5 days/week with 2 days off).
- Day shifts with 8-hour shifts.
