Due to its growth and success, the company is looking to expand its sales team by adding a VP Service Sales for our Toronto office.
The job ahead:
- Unleash your qualities as a representative and educate new clients on the remarkable features of our brand.
- Be an ambassador, increase awareness and propel sales to new heights.
- Expand your horizons by building connections at group events that leave lasting impressions.
- Implementing successful sales strategies that maintain sales with current accounts while increasing sales with dormant or underperforming account
- Manage a sales team with 3 to 4 reps
- Close coordination with our site teams
Your skills:
- A degree in business, sales, marketing and/or a related field is preferred.
- Ideally, you should have entrepreneurial skills and a minimum of 15 years of prospecting and sales experience, mandatory in the construction industry.
- Communication skills are required.
- Comfortable using computer technology, Outlook, CRM and research.
- Organized, with good skills in prospecting new customers and also in retaining our existing customers. Excellent time management, self-starter and initiative.
- Develop, implement and manage sales plans and strategies.
- Goal-oriented.
- Be energetic, persistent and passionate.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a must.
