What You Will Do
The Business Development professional is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence. This role involves market research, building relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and working closely with internal teams to create and implement business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and recommend new products or services to meet market demands
- Assist in developing short- and long-term business strategies
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Understand client goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions
- Act as the main point of contact during the negotiation and onboarding process
- Provide feedback from clients and partners to drive product development and innovation
- Monitor and evaluate the success of business development efforts
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve results
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in account management, sales, customer service, or a related field
- Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and create solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive account strategy
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop tailored solutions for clients
- Adaptability to changing client demands and business needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
