Quintalink is currently looking for a Document Control Specialist to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Work with newly onboarded and existing firms to code all personalized documents requested to upload into their personal Quintalink server
• Code global documents for all Quintalink servers i.e. utility or lender documents
• Initial setup of servers and upload company letterhead for new firms within a 24-hour turnaround time
• Call customers to directly to work through any document related issues, to ensure top rated customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical customer support related to documents generation
• Work closely with sales to prioritize document requests to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Escalate document related issues and occasional Quality Assurance work, i.e. properly executed variables, bug fixes and enhancements.
• Follow up calls with users to ensure documents are executed correct and to expectations.
• Proper ticket management to record requests for reporting, and client history.
• Have a high-level understanding of Quintalink functionality.
Qualifications:
• Industry knowledge is considered an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
