Under the direction of the Head, Talent Attraction, the Talent Attraction Specialist will lead the full cycle recruitment process of sourcing and recruiting talent for job openings across the organization including home office and field. The TA specialist will also be involved in executing recruitment initiatives and programs for Recipe including, employer branding strategies, campus, metric reporting, and administrative duties as required. As a TA Specialist, you will assist and support Recipe’s People mandate and complete tasks and objectives throughout the year. The Talent Attraction Specialist will grow and expand their experience and gain exposure to a variety of Talent Attraction related matters to support critical business initiatives.
What you will be doing in this role:
- Ensure the best candidate experience, end to end, in the full recruitment life cycle process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer letter stage and onboarding
- Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business to identify job openings and support recruitment initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including industry networks, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations to support the recruitment across the organization
- Build Talent Pipelines, responsible for fulfilling recruitment requirements by building an effective diverse talent pool of potential candidates
- Daily management of our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure 100% data integrity
- Identify and resolve roadblocks or bottlenecks, implementing and continuing to refine Recipe’s recruitment process
- Lead sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume to ensure to a strategic strong pipeline of candidates
- Support to plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
- Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility
- Assist with improving our home office onboarding program development and launch
- Lead training calls/presentations related to recruitment tools and resources for our brands
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of recruitment strategies and processes
- Provide strategic insights and reports to inform decision-making
- Support the build of an effective social media presence by sharing content and driving engagement through social channels
What we are looking for from you:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (a mix of agency and corporate experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree and/or college diploma (in Human Resources or in a related field is an asset)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships across the business
- 3+ years experience maintaining and administering an Applicant Tracking System
- Excellent time management with sense of urgency and prioritization with an ownership mindset
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Possess strong written and verbal communications skills
- Have strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy
- Demonstrated the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also working independently with professionalism and accountability
