About Us:
At Small Housing, we’re working to make housing more attainable for everyone. As a non-profit, we’re passionate about championing gentle density housing solutions that help homeowners, developers, and policymakers create communities where people can afford to live and thrive.
We know that housing isn’t just about buildings—it’s about people, neighborhoods, and opportunities. That’s why we’re growing our marketing team to better share our work and connect with those who care about creating more affordable, livable communities, sparking meaningful change across BC and beyond.
If you’re someone who’s excited about using your marketing tools & skills to make a difference and help others understand why housing matters, we’d love to hear from you.

- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Small Housing team on the planning, organizing, and executing of in-person and online events to ensure seamless logistics, effective communication, and a successful attendee experience that advance the organization’s ambitions.
- Video & Multimedia Production: Lead the development of impactful videos and multimedia content, from concept to editing, to tell compelling stories about gentle density housing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools, provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
- Website & Email Marketing: Update and enhance website content and coordinate email marketing campaigns to ensure consistent messaging and audience engagement.
About You:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- Skill Set: Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing skills; experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
