Overview
We are growing our delivery driver team and are looking for independent contractor delivery drivers who are interested in delivering food to families from our warehouse in Barrie to Simcoe County on Wednesdays and Barrie to the GTA on Thursdays.

Responsibilities

Safely operate own vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and care of products.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
Navigate efficiently to optimize delivery routes and minimize delays.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
Collect returning boxes and cooler bags to return to our warehouse

Experience & Responsibilities

Previous experience in commercial driving is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during deliveries and warehouse tasks.
Strong attention to detail
Smartphone + internet connection
Reliable vehicle (preferably large)
Insurance
G class drivers licence

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
