The Job!
As an RSP Administrator, you will perform a wide variety of registered plan-related tasks. Your daily responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Plan account withdrawals, contributions, internal transfers, debit notification and year-end tax reporting
- Providing support to the team for all registered plan issues to ensure effective and accurate information communication and policy adherence
- Completing transactions and recordkeeping functions accurately, ensuring that applicable audit requirements are met
- Researching new registered plans and changes to legislation
- Assisting with special registered plan projects, as required
What you bring to the job
You are someone who pays careful attention to detail and works well individually as well as within multiple teams. The ideal candidate comes with the following qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Registered Plan products (TFSA, RESP, RRIF, RRSP)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Work experience in the financial industry is an asset
- 6 months experience in RSP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask various responsibilities
- Sound judgement and great problem-solving skills
- Polished commination skills with a focus on customer service
Expected Compensation: $50,000.00 CAD - $55,000.00 CAD
