Qualifications:
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
- Solid experience in the assessment and treatment of adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological (mTBI), and mental health conditions.
- Experience in Occupational and Veterans Rehabilitation and Mental Health is a significant asset.
- Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize, manage self-scheduling and meet reporting deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
- Excellent oral, written and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency with computers and new technology.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:
- A diverse caseload with assessment and treatment of clients funded by WSIB with complex musculoskeletal, TBI and mental health challenges.
- Creating and implementing holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Managing caseload in a fast-paced multidisciplinary work environment with clinic-based OT focusing on ICBC and WorkSafe BC work.
- Participating in case conferences and case management.
- Collaborating with the inter-professional team, various stakeholders and other Occupational Therapists.
- Preceptorship/co-preceptorship of Occupational Therapy students.
