We at Taylor Ryan are looking to speak with experienced Project Co-Ordinator's with at least 1 years experience working with a recognized developer or general contractor in British Columbia. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients. Previous Commercial new build or Residential experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage project budget
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
Package
- $70-80k base

Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience as a Project Co-Ordinator
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
