Summary
We’re looking for a Marketing and Commercial Officer to initiate and maintain marketing campaigns in the buy now, pay later (BNPL) financial market, with a focus on dentist practitioners.
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Securing meetings with high-potential BNPL merchant partners in the healthcare/dental sector
- Establishing trust and credibility by crafting compelling outreach sequences (e.g., email, LinkedIn) and enabling business development with branded materials.
- Assigning associates to visit dental clinics, collect insights, and build personal relationships with front-office staff and dentists.
- Incorporating photo documentation of in-clinic materials and observing pain points that can shape marketing and sales strategies.
- Maintaining relationships with “referral champions” and merchant partners, ensuring their continued engagement with Verto
- Running brand awareness campaigns by engaging in dental conferences and forums, pursuing features in dental journals and blogs, and sponsoring webinars on financial strategies for dental offices
- Streamlining Verto’s web presence with cohesive branding, and a unified landing page with Verto’s simplified offering
- Managing Verto’s paid advertising campaigns on social media and Google
Required Skills, Knowledge or Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, finance, information technology, or a related field
- Three to five (3-5) years of B2B marketing and account management experience in healthcare or finance
- Experience in copywriting and content creation
- Experience using design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- A great track record of running targeted campaigns
- Proficiency in CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce a plus).
- Proficiency in omnichannel engagement automations (Braze a plus)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google, Facebook paid advertisement campaigns
- Exposure to referral marketing and relationship-driven strategies is a plus

- $90,000 - $100,000 per year
