About The Role:
We are looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our team and work on our Design System. You will play a key role in creating consistent, intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences across our digital products. By working closely with the development, product and marketing teams, you will help shape the future of our platform.
What You’ll Do Here:
- Design and maintain the company's Design System, including UI components, style libraries, templates and guidelines.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure consistent implementation of designs.
- Collect and analyze user and stakeholder needs to inform and improve the Design System.
- Perform user testing and UX research to validate concepts and design iterations.
- Document Design System processes, standards and best practices to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Help train and guide internal teams on the use of the Design System.
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices in UX/UI design and systems design.
What You Bring To The Table:
- Currently pursuing a university degree in graphic design or related field
- Available to work with us 35 hours per week for Summer 2025 (May 5 to August 22)
- Available to work from the office 2 days a week (and 3 from home)
- Must be returning to school in Fall 2025 or Winter 2026 following your internship
- Portfolio demonstrating good knowledge of UX and UI design.
- Proficiency in design and prototype tools (Figma, Adobe, etc.).
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and passion for creating quality user experiences.
- Bilingualism is ESSENTIAL (French and English) * Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country
Additional Assets:
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
