With support and guidance from the Senior Manager, Sales Effectiveness, the Fall Associate will be provided an opportunity to support the analysis and execution of specific strategic sales initiatives aimed at improving sales productivity and accelerating results.
Some of these key accountabilities include:
Track and report results on sales teams various tactics, and including in-market sales campaigns , web traffic, click through rates, trend to plan .
High degree of numeracy, including experience with financial modeling/forecasting.
Experience with content development, marketing, and search engine optimization in both desktop and mobile environments.
Familiarity with financial markets and TD Direct Investing products and services, such as think or swim , Web Broker , TD App, TD Easy Trade and Advanced Dashboard / think or swim would be preferred.
