We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and experienced Holistic Therapist to join our team and deliver exceptional treatments, including Reflexology, in a serene and professional environment.
Position Overview:
As a Holistic Therapist at Damara Spa, you will provide personalized treatments that support the body’s natural healing process. Your role will involve delivering a range of holistic therapies, with a primary focus on Reflexology, while also offering additional services such as aromatherapy, Indian head massage, and other holistic techniques as needed. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert treatments, and help them achieve a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Reflexology treatments to clients, ensuring each session is customized to their individual needs.
- Provide a variety of holistic therapies, including but not limited to Aromatherapy,and Indian Head Massage.
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their physical and emotional well-being and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are prepared and sanitized for each session.
- Create a peaceful and nurturing environment for clients, encouraging relaxation and healing.
- Stay informed of the latest developments in holistic therapies and spa treatments to continually improve services and expertise.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure that all personal information is kept confidential.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every client.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Reflexologist with certification from an accredited institution.
- Additional qualifications in other holistic therapies (e.g., aromatherapy, massage, Indian head massage) are highly desirable.
- Previous experience working in a spa or wellness center is preferred.
- A compassionate, client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a calm, relaxing environment for clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards, including hygiene practices.

Pay: $18.40-$88.90 per hour
