Position Overview
This is your chance to be part of something special. We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Distiller to join our talented team. In this role, you will work closely with our head distiller to produce our award-winning spirits, assist in day-to-day operations, and help shape the future of The Woods Spirit Co.

Key Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of distillation: preparation, fermentation, distillation, and packaging.
- Help produce our signature Italian liqueurs and other premium spirits.
- Ensure top-tier quality control throughout the production process.
- Manage inventory, maintain compliance, and keep meticulous records.
- Collaborate on new product development and explore process improvements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior distillation or spirits production experience is essential (craft distillery experience preferred).
- Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with blending whisky and crafting Italian liqueurs is highly desirable. Vacuum distillation knowledge is an asset.
- Skillset: Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to the fast-paced needs of a small business.
- Physical Requirements: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods.
- Passion: A genuine love for craft spirits, sustainability, and innovative production methods.
- Forklift Experience: Required.
