Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic COOK/Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to food orders and service.
- Assist customers with meal preparation options, including recommendations based on dietary preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards during all interactions and transactions.
- Handle food handling procedures efficiently while maintaining cleanliness in the service area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist customers effectively.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while providing a friendly experience.
- Support team members in various tasks as needed to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the restaurant or food industry.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
- Basic knowledge of meal preparation techniques is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: $17.40-$20.00 per hour
