You will
- Collaborate with and support the property team in property management related activities, including, but not limited to:
- Be responsible for accounts payable, specifically the data entry of invoices into Yardi and ensure expenses are accurately posted in the GL
- Be responsible for the entry of purchase orders into Yardi
- Correspond with vendors and respond promptly to vendor inquiries
- Be responsible for ensuring tenant chargeback invoices are disbursed to tenants
- Follow up on tenants’ sales reports and disburse percentage rent invoices
- Work collaboratively with other team members, including property management team members, accounting and other stakeholders
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
You have
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounts payable role
- Strong knowledge of Yardi
- Knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Exceptional organizational skills
- A high level of attention to detail

Salary
- $50,000 - $60,000 per year estimated, based on experience.
