As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment. *Duties* - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes with precision - Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area - Take customer orders, handle transactions, and provide friendly service - Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control of all beverages served *Skills* - Proficiency in food safety practices - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Experience in food handling and preparation - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Knowledge of POS systems for order entry and payment processing - Prior experience in the food industry is a plus - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Excellent customer service skills to engage with patrons
