Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Experience in POS systems is a plus
- Strong customer service and cashiering skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.40-$27.00 per hour
