We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in FreshPoint Foodservice.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction is achieved. This individual will manage incoming customer requests and inquiries through phone and email communications, accurately entry of customer orders in the system and work cross-functionally with other departments by providing general administrative support. This role will be required to be 100% on site.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls to provide resolution to customer queries and issues
- Screen and direct customer calls to the appropriate channels
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers when necessary
- Accurately enter customer orders in the system
- Provide general administrative support to other departments including Sales, Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving and more
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Completion of post-secondary education
- Minimum 1 year customer service, office experience, or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, articulate and effective listening skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to navigate complex customer issues
Location: 1100 Venables Street, Vancouver, BC V6A 2E2. Accessible to multiple bus lines.
Schedule:
- Working 5 days a week
- Weekdays : Rotational Shift
- May be required to work a Sunday shift
