We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual with experience in food and beverage operations to join our team as a Food & Beverage Team Leader / Crew Trainer. In this role, you will assist in leading by example, providing exceptional customer service, supporting staff, and ensuring a smooth operation of the snack bar.
Primary Function
The Food & Beverage Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the team delivers consistent, high-quality service to our guests. They assist in training new team members, help maintain standards of cleanliness and safety, and support daily operations of food and beverage services.
Responsibilities
- Assist in training, mentoring, and supporting food & beverage attendants to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide feedback to team members to improve performance and uphold company standards.
- Assist with taking, preparing, and delivering food & beverage orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Oversee cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and equipment.
- Assist with inventory monitoring and basic stock management.
- Handle and reconcile cash, and operate the P.O.S system.
- Act as the point of contact when the manager is unavailable for minor issues or questions.
- Promote a clean, safe, and positive working environment for all staff and guests.
- Other duties as outlined by the Manager.
Qualifications/Skills
- Experience in food & beverage service required.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items or do repetitive movements if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18+ and able to obtain an AGCO Gaming License.
Preferred
- Certifications: Smart Serve, Safe Food Handling, Health & Safety/First Aid.
- Previous experience as a trainer, lead, or senior team member in food & beverage or similar environments.
- Knowledge of Gaming/Bingo is not necessary but is an asset.

Pay for this position is starting at $19 per hour plus gratuity, negotiable based on experience. We also have advancement opportunities.
