We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong leadership skills to assist in the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Duties
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe creation
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate cooking operations
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet high standards
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and specials
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
