Job Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support proposal production, content management, maintain brand standards, and gather market insights to support business development. This position will report to Marketing and Business Development Manager.
In this role you will:
- Assist with graphics, writing, proofreading, and editing for proposals; maintain a content library of prior proposals, boilerplates, and visuals; implement brand standards across digital and print assets.
- Monitor opportunities from industry-related market websites (bid searches, government projects and other sources) and track pre-submittal meeting schedules, record and distribute notes.
- Maintain systems to organize and retrieve information related to clients, consultants, projects, and mailing lists; contribute to CRM updates and data entry; track market information from industry sources.
- Help manage company registrations, professional staff licensures, and corporate memberships in industry organizations; gather and organize content from internal teams and consultants.
- Maintain the firm's social media, website, and email communications; track industry publications and events; ensure compliance with copyright laws and manage photography purchases.
- Coordinate submissions for industry awards, ensuring adherence to requirements.
- Assist with internal events.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing or Communications
- One to three years of experience preferred
- Working knowledge of business, CRM, digital, and graphic design software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop) required
- Knowledge of CRM database concepts preferred
- Basic understanding of go/no-go process preferred
- Knowledge of software/technologies for developing client presentations/communications (MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel) required
- Understanding SOQ/proposal production, including digital and printing preferred

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada – In-office position, eligible for eventual Hybrid work schedule.
Travel: Some travel possible (5% GTA)
