We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing digital marketing campaigns and running successful corporate events. With a strong background in corporate marketing (minimum of 2 years), the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Director to ensure seamless project execution and brand alignment across all channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Digital Marketing Execution:
- Assist in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC.
- Manage and schedule content across digital platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and external agencies to ensure quality deliverables.
2. Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and appreciation events.
- Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination, venue selection, and promotional materials.
- Develop and distribute pre-event marketing materials, including invitations and social media promotions.
- Track event performance and attendee engagement to evaluate success and identify improvement areas.
3. Content and Brand Management:
- Maintain and ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all marketing channels.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure alignment on campaign goals and deliverables.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
5. Administrative Support:
- Maintain marketing calendars and track project timelines.
- Assist with budget tracking and reporting for marketing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media platforms, etc.).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
