Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Associate :
- Enhance the consumer experience by connecting with customers to build lasting relationships, while providing superior customer service
- Demonstrate to the consumer how our client’s technology can enhance and simplify their lives
- Showcase our client’s latest products and services in targeted residential areas through live product demonstrations (hot sales only! You will only be contacting customers who have shown an interest in our client’s products and services)
- Be eager to learn with a student mentality
- Coachable, open to feedback and always looking to ways to improve
- Have an exceptional work either and a drive to achieve high performance
- Approach and engage potential customers with a friendly and professional demeanour

Requirements of a Customer Service Sales Associate :
- 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Sales Associate role, hospitality, retail sales, or related industry experience preferred
- A natural competitor that works well in a team environment driven by goals
- The ability to communicate in an empathetic and professional manner with clients, customers, colleagues
- Possession of a solution-oriented mindset and is quick to adapt to changes in consumer and business needs
- Maintain a great attitude and infectious positivity in a people-focused industry, especially faced with challenges from our customers and specific targets to meet
